Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zhuk Games Studio ("we", "us") covering your download and use of any game we publish, including Blox Blast, and your use of zhukgames.com.

By downloading, installing or playing a game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game and delete it from your device.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

The games are licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the games, including all artwork, audio, code, text and trademarks.

3. Purchases and virtual items

• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple's terms apply to the transaction. We never receive your payment details.
• Virtual coins and items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred, gifted or traded.
• Consumable packs are used up as you play them. If a purchase does not appear, first try "Restore Purchases" in the in-game shop, then contact us and we will help.
• Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase.
• We may change the price or composition of virtual items at any time. We will never reduce coins you have already bought.

4. Advertising

Advertising in our games is limited to optional rewarded videos. You may be offered a video in exchange for an in-game benefit; you are never required to watch one to progress. On iOS we ask for tracking permission before using advertising identifiers, and declining does not remove any feature.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works from any game, except where the law expressly permits it;
• use cheats, bots, automation, memory editors or modified clients, including anything that manipulates in-app purchases or scores;
• sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game or access to it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network connected to the game, or interfere with its normal operation;
• use the game in a way that breaks any applicable law.

6. Availability and updates

We may release updates, add or remove features, and change game balance at any time. We may also discontinue a game or stop supporting an older operating system. Games that work offline will continue to run on your device, but online features such as ads and purchases depend on third-party services we do not control.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. We do not warrant that game progress will never be lost due to device failure, operating-system updates or the actions of a platform store.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost virtual items, arising from your use of a game. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

9. Termination

You may stop using our games at any time by deleting them from your device. We may suspend or terminate the licence if you materially breach these Terms — for example by cheating or attacking our infrastructure. Where a licence is terminated, sections 3, 7, 8 and 11 survive.

10. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded a game from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. Material changes will be announced in the game before they take effect. Continuing to play after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
